You also have to focus in average in hand salary of your favorite field and take a LinkedIn alumni tour to check job sustainability ,as 100% plcmnt gurantee does not make any sense without job stability or chat in Shiksha college review with alumni of your field, feel free to write.

See if you want more options for higher studies, then go with science only but if you don't want to study science further, then in that case, you can go with BA Honors.
