No,there is not any management quota in NIT Kurukshetra,even in other NIT's also.
Admissions take place only through the counselling based on your JEE Mains rank.

GGSIPU is better in comparison to GD Goenka.
Also, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute.

There is no form filling for admission for b tech in KU. All formalities will be done when you will come in college after counselling of JEE main rank.

Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
