The First DATE withOUT Late fee was 29 September.

The tentative Date is 29 September and this goes on with Fine to the Month of March.
The Prospectus for the 2018-19 session is not out yet.

Kurukshetra University does not seem to facilitate such a thing. The 2 Years MBA prog takes admission in First Year through established procedures.

It depends college wise. But, the standard procedure includes that first you have to give an entrance exam and score good marks. Secondly, there will be GDPI that is group discussion and personal interview, based on that you will be selected in that particular college.

Kurukshetra University does not offer this course but you can find out more from NDRI and ICAR KARNAL for Dairy Research and Agricultural degree respectively. Yes, you can apply for BE in Civil engineering by lateral entry.
You will get Direct Second Year Admission in Civil engineering. I prefer you to confirm it by your college.
