The eyesight is too much. Maximum acceptable limits are +/-0.25 and it should be corrected to 6/6 vision or maximum 6/9 with glasses.
In your case, I do not feel that with glasses to the vision can be corrected to the limits.
Hence, eligibility might not get satisfied.

In KU, there is a normal entrance test for MSC Math or they can directly also take so don't worry just give the exam.

Don't pay fee to talentedge. It is on contract after the contract get over your degree would not be valid. The contract will be over in few months

Generally, the cut off score is around 85-90 percentile. But, you may never know about the number of applicants this year and the overall median score. All the best.
