Hi, yes you can apply through management quota for that you should've must appeared in the CET exam and for the admission procedure you'll have to contact the college authorities

In most of the colleges, The Robotic engineering course is not offers at UG level. This course is studies at PG level. However few college like SAGE University Indore offers B.Tech Automation and Robotics at UG level. Amity University offers B.Tech+ M.Tech Integrated course in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (Artificial intelligence is defined as the ability of an artificial mechanism to exhibit intelligent behavior. Your marks are very low and getting admission seems not possible. I don't think you will get counseling call. If you can arrange for management quota if possible.
