B.Tech from distance learning is not valid as per AICTE guidelines. Hence, it is advisable here that not to pursue such B.Tech distance programs. It is better to do regular B.Tech programs.

Your daughter's class 12th mark is not so good in maths, don't worry about it, but you have to choose a good carrier for your daughter in designing course.
It has a good market value now a days. Fashion designing is better for your daughter.

Yes, you can. You need to have a minimum of 50% in UG to be eligible for admission here. You'll have to take leave for exams only, rest you can continue your service easily.
