I'v no proper knowledge regarding the college in Hyderabad but i only know that the campus in Vizag has got a better reputation and to the best of my knowledge majority prefer to get into the campus that is in Vizag . I cannot state reasons why Vizag campus is preferred , but i can explain why in Vizag is Gitam only preferred to get an MBA degree. If you really are willing to work hard , Gitam is the best option only if you choose to join a college that is in Vizag . Generally, colleges that have been operating for the past 100 years have good rapport. But you should check out the placement records, faculty and infrastructure. ICFAI is a well know University, it has good records so you can think of going ahead with it. Check some details online as well.

IBS Hyderabad is a good college to pursue MBA but with your score you will not be able to get admission in that college. You can try for IBS Gurgaon.
The other colleges which you can look at are:

Your score doesn't matter for admission in ibs hyd, it depends upon your performance in GDPI , more you score in gdpi more you have chances to get through.

With 7 years of work experience I don't think you need a 2 years full time MBA. You already got enough industrial exposure and practice. So, a 1 year MBA is more than enough for you. Even the current industry requires that much only. So, I think ISB is going to be a good choice in your case. Also consider global colleges like Insead, NUS, etc. with your GMAT score.
All the best.
