Sorry, but your rank 200 is too high in JEE paper 2, because 300+ marks are considered for admission in B.Arch for NITs. So, you should try for any private college.

Can I get admission in LNMIIT? I've scored 87% in class 12th with 88% in PCM and got 137 K rank in JEE Mains (score 74).

As you are telling I failed in intermediate exam so there is no course for study if you failed in class 12th exam so you may go through examination next year so to pass the exam and get good college.
