Bth have equal value. Though NIOS is open schooling as per government rules NIOS is deemed equivalent to any other board and nobody can question its authenticity.

Any college who’s cut off is 62 percent will admit as NIOS is an approved board under MHRD.

Nirma University, Ahmedabad is a better choice than LNMIT-Jaipur.

I think you should take CS in BIT Jaipur. In my opinion, it is the best option as you will get a degree of BIT, Mesra which is of very much importance as well as the placement at BIT, Jaipur are good.
