The cutoff trend for BTech at NIT Jalandhar has been increased in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for BTech under General category for AIQ was 10169. In 2022, it increased to 11547.
Similarly, the cut off changed from 14659 to 16506 for OBC, 65643 to 40521 for SC, 86192 to 67395 for ST, 11756 to 13749 for EWS and 349 to 262 for PWD. This is likely to continue, as the demand grows for engineering education in India. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

The opening and closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. NIT Jalandhar cutoff 2023 for Round 2 was released on July 16. For the General category under All India, the opening rank was 31978 and the closing rank was 47996 for NIT Jalandhar. The cut offs are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even the domicile of the home state. In All India, the opening and closing rank for female candidates was 44726 and 45366. Admission to NIT Jalandhar BTech in Biotechnology is based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main entrance exam. Diwali Holi, Panchami and all Indian festivals, fest day different cultures representation are so impressive here
I like my college about there these types of cultural activities
Runaway marathons and so many other events like treasure hunts etc. are done here nicely.

This ratio quantity is calculated up to two decimal places. CGPA calculation is done by adding up the grades of all the subjects and dividing it by the total number of subjects.
