The application form is expected to be released in the 4th week of January 2020 for both April and Jul session. CoA conducts the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) twice a year.

To get seat in good NIT but considering your category and home state quota, you have some chances.

No, it is not possible. With less than 75 percentile, you cannot get admission in any NIT.

Minimum qualifying CAT 2018 overall percentile is 80. Minimum qualifying CAT 2018 sectional percentile in each of the 3 sections is 70. Above 90% marks in Class 10th will get you to top rating of 10 (Rating score A) irrespective of your stream. Top rating of 10 (Rating score B) for Class 12th will vary.
