The placements rate of MBA/PGDM in Netaji Subhas University is increased from 87% in 2021 to 91% in 2022. So, Out of 44 students, 40 students were placed and the placement rate is 91%. The Median Package is 4.65LPA. By comparing with this placement criteria, we can come to know that 91% of students from MBA/PGDM were placed in Netaji Subhas University. With this criteria, I highly recommend the students to choose this university for MBA/PGDM beacause as the placement rate is high.

MBA - Should be a graduate in any stream with minimum 50% aggregate. And the selection process is to be qualified in the mentioned exams like CAT/XAT/MAT and then should attend for the group discussion & personal interview.

The cutoff trend for B.Tech at NIT Jamshedpur has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 22174. In 2023, it decreased to 20752. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from
27422 to 7158 for OBC
84025 to 3974 for SC
1529 to 1768 for ST
24612 to 3329 for EWS
1322 to 773 for PWD
This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

NIT Jamshedpur will release 7-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to BTech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:

The JEE Main score of the candidate
The category of the candidate
The number of seats available in the course

Candidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For JEE Main Round 6 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 18054 and closing rank was 20752 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 27093 and 29194. Admission to Electrical Engineering in NIT Jamshedpur is based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main entrance exam. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.
