Candidates can apply for XLRI Delhi's Business Management programme on the official website by selecting the course and campus option while filling the XAT application form which is released in the first week of August every year. If they do not mention XLRI Delhi has their preferred exam in the XAT application form, they will not be eligible for admission to the institute. Candidates must remember that there is no separate application form for XLRI PGDM programmes, so they need to make the selection of institute in the XAT application form only. There is no option to edit the field in the form later so candidates must mention the institute in the XAT application form. There is no provision of filling the admission form after the exam or after result announcement.

Both the NITs are good on their own. As per the NIRF ranking 2023, NIT Patna is ranked 56, while NIT Jamshedpur has been awarded the rank band of 101–151. The flagship course of both institutes is BTech.

During NIT Patna placements 2023, a total of 639 offers were made during placements 2023 so far. The highest package and average package offered during NIT Patna placements 2023 stood at INR 52 LPA and INR 13.30 LPA, respectively.

NIT Jamshedpur has concluded its placement drive for 2023. Over 750 job offers made to BTech, MCA, MSc, and other courses. More than 250 companies visited the campus, including over 90 new recruiters. The average package and highest package stood at INR 15.98 LPA and INR 83.40 LPA, respectively. The highest package offered during 2023 placements was almost 15% higher than the amount offered in 2022.

Library: NIT Jamshedpur Library subscribes to a sizeable number of technical, scientific & general periodicals journals & newspapers. The central library has also procured JGATE of NIT Library Consortium resources specifically for research purpose.

NIT Jamshedpur campus also includes Gym facilities, Sports, IT Infrastructure, Cafeteria, Auditorium, Wi-Fi, Convenience Store, Banks, ATM, Laboratories, Guest Room, Waiting Room and Transport Facility. The infrastructure is well maintained and is fully enabled with Wi-Fi and has a lush green campus.

It is good to pursue MTech course at NIT Jamshedpur. National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, provides a two-year full-time MTech programme. For admission, candidates must visit the official website of the institute to submit an online application. Candidates are selected on the basis of GATE exam scores. Aspirants must fulfil the eligibility criteria, i.e., a candidate must have passed and secured at least a 6.5 CGPA or 60% aggregate in graduation. As per placement, there were more than 250 companies that visited during NIT Jamshedpur placements 2023. The overall placement rate stood at 98.87%. The top recruiters were Axis Bank, Deloitte, DE Shaw and Co., Flipkart, ICICI Bank, Genpact, Oracle, etc.
