Yes, you can take admission in KSM KIT, Coimbatore without appearing in CAT exam through direct admission eligibility.
The students must be graduated in any stream from a recognised university with at least 55% marks in aggregate.
There are some institutes in India, which only shortlist candidates on the basis of other MBA exams apart from CAT. It includes exams like SNAP, MAT, TISSNET, TANCET, XAT, NMAT, MBA CET and more.

No, Global Business School does not offers direct admission. The admission is entrance based for courses offered at PG levels. Some of the popular exams accepted by the institution for admission are CMAT, CAT, XAT, KMAT, etc. Candidates are admitted based on both entrance exam score and past academic merit of the last qualfiying exam.
