Securing admission to the BA course without PESSAT is not applicable. To get admission to the BA course, candidates must register for the PESSAT exam. PESSAT stands for People's Education Society Scholastic Aptitude Test. It is conducted by PES University courses offered by the institute. Candidates are shortlisted based on their test score as well as their performance in the personal interview round. Before applying candidates must make sure to qualify for the BA eligibility criteria. Performing Arts is the only BA specialisations are offered by PES University. The UG-level programme is only offered in one specialisations : Performing Arts. The BA course is offered accross six semester that last for three years. The undergraduate degree is mainly focused on the entertainment industry and related techniques

To get admissiom in PES University BA course candidates must appear for the university administered in-house entrance exam called PESSAT. While students can apply with a valid score from PESSAT or any national or state-level entrance exam, registering for PESSAT is mandatory. The application form for PES University can only be completed online. Interested candidates should visit the official PESSAT website to register for their chosen course and pay an application fee of INR 1,200. Once the form is submitted, candidates must book a slot for the PESSAT exam, a step applicable only to PESSAT candidates. Upon slot booking, an admit card will be issued, which candidates must download. Following PESSAT registration, students must upload their valid PESSAT score or scores from other relevant entrance exams for their respective courses. Next, they must participate in GD/PI rounds. For the final BA selection, students need to attend the university's counselling session. After the selection process, students must submit their documents for verification within a specified timeframe and attend counseling. If there are any remaining vacancies, the university will conduct another counseling session.
