Yes, Bangalore Institute of Management Studies (BIMS) is University Grants Commission approved. Bangalore Institute of Management Studies is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Government of Karnataka. It is also approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), which is a statutory body of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India (GoI). Therefore, Bangalore Institute of Management Studies is both UGC and AICTE approved.

KCET scores are required for admission to the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore for most courses, including B.Sc.The University admits students to Bachelor's degree programs through KEA-CET by following the Government of Karnataka / ICAR guidelines/norms/roaster.It appears that KCET is a mandatory requirement for admission to UAS Bangalore.
