Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) did not offer a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) specifically in Retail and Sales Management. However, it's important to note that course offerings can change over time, and new programs may be introduced by universities. I recommend checking VTU's official website or contacting the university directly to get the most up-to-date information on the programs they offer.
