According to student statistics provided on the official website of manipal university number of students in each course, each semester are differing too much.

Each course might have number of students varying from 30 students to 100 students each . Courses like manipuri, education, commerce, economics etc. have more concentration of students.

And per semester there are around 600 students and total there are around 4,300 students in the whole University.

I hope this helps!

While there is no particular dresscode in the campus but while attending academic areas i.e., classes, labs, mess, library etc. students are instructed to wear formals and clothes should be neat, clean and pressed i.e., presentable

Boys can wear Clean and pressed Trousers and collared shirt; shoes and socks.

While, Girls can wear Clean and pressed Salwar or churidhar with kameez / trousers with formal shirt and formal footwear.

Students are restricted to wear torn dresses and related accessories, which are not in keeping with the decorum of the institution.

One can wear anything outside academic areas.

Generally, Manipal will conduct a test every year for enrollment of students into the university i.e., MET (Manipal Entrance Test) However, MAHE i.e., The Manipal Academy of Higher Education does offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses without any entrance exam

It would be based on marks in PCB / PCM/ PCO/ through personal interview (PI) / through portfolio work ( PW)/ home based test (HBT) etc.

11 and 12th grade merit marks would play a major role in getting direct admission

I hope this helps

The infrastructure of the campus is considered as the finest.

The students here are from more than 67+ countries i.e., wide range of cultures can be observed

There’s always something exciting happening on campus like concerts, sports, art shows etc.

The academic curriculum here is not just theoretical but also practical, for example, it has innovation labs for students in different media. And it offers lot of global exchanges for students which would be very much helpful in career.

Outside the campus, there were lot of famous places to visit an weekends

So, overall college life at Manipal University would be exciting.

First of all, you should familarize with the college campus and the atmosphere over there. Then the next thing you can, is to connect and mingle with seniors and before all, the teachers and faculties.
