NO it is impossible to get seat in amritha university they wont even allow you to border of the campus with this rank and with board marks you can't do anything that too 82% is not that good percent and no one cares about your 10th result the only chance is jeemains if you didn't get it try for another college

Yes, you can get admission in Computer Science and Engineering after completing Diploma in Mechanical Engineering no matter what branch you studied during Diploma. There are many institutions in India that offer Lateral Entry provision to Diploma holders. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

There is no particular dress code or uniform at the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering. It's left to the students, whatever attire they are comfortable in, they can wear that. However, you are required to wear khaki coloured coats in labs, and during regular college days casual wear is allowed.

No, there is no chance of direct admission or management quota for admission to the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering. One can only admit through KCET or JEE exam or any other entrance exams. Being a public institution, UVCE rigorously bases admissions on the entrance exam rank and cut-off standards.
