The general category K PGCET cutoff for the MCA course was 1094 last year. Based on this data, your chances are lower to get a government seat at Bangalore University for the MCA course. No you can't join B.Com after failing 2 PUC exam. Try to pass these exams first and then try to do graduation otherwise, there will be no use in studying, getting failure and wasting time.
