No, you can't do MDes. as your eligibility doesn't fulfill the category for M.Des. For doing M.Des you need to have either a B.Des or B.Ftech degree. You can undergo a B.Des degree and then M.Des but as per your qualification i.e. Diploma in apparel manufacturing technology won't help you to get an MDes.

It will depend on different specialisation. It is nearly 1, 33,800, or it may ranges from 90,000 to 1, 40,000 not more than that.
