It is indeed very nice to know that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering from KSOU. I would advise you to go through their website in details and find out that if the course they are offering has the approval of DEC as well as AICTE.

Having a low GPA is an issue, but try to cope up your GPA by end of 3rd year. Sit for placements. Else, you can directly go for a Master's degree in either field you choose as there is a lot of scope in Master's degree.
