Weightage is given to the overall profile and yours is completely fine. You can easily get through with a decent performance in the GD/PI. All the best.

Dear Biswarup,
As a person with work experience, your understanding and appreciation of the knowledge imparted will be better greater and very useful in for furtherance of your career prospects. The institute also offers lateral entry possibility at the placements. Do visit the institute and consult with the placement department. We have had many successful students who, with work experience have been able to excel in academics and also get a successful placement in an organization where their CTC has improved significantly.Your current CTC and possibility of better options at the institute will be a deciding factor.

Hello Anushree,
The fees charged by the colleges for admission against management quota is closely guarded secret. No institution publishes it. In fact rule of thumb is, more applicants then more fees and vice versa! If you have good bargaining skills you may end up paying quite less.
