KLE Technological University shortlists candidates for admission based on their merit or entrance exam scores.The university considers the merit of the aspirants in the qualifying exam for BBA, BCom and BCA. The university accepts entrance exams such as JEE Main, KCET, Karnataka PGCET, etc. for admission to specific UG and PG courses. Aspirants can also get admission under the Management Quota provided they fulfil the selection requirements.

Central University of Karnataka LLM is a PG level course offered for the duration of 2 years. CUK Karnataka offers LLM with a total tuition fee worth INR 36K. The University offers admission to LLM on the basis of merit, therefore, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation and secure a valid score in accepted entrance exams such as CUET-PG.

A total of 172 CSE students were placed out of 184 students of the batch 2024. The placement rate recorded was 93.48%. For Engineering branch such as ECE, EEE and Mechanical, the placement rate was 86.49%, 67.44% and 98.08%, respectively. 

Central University of Karnataka offers various UG, PG, and doctoral courses, including BTech, BSc, BA, MA, B.Ed, MCA, MCom, MBA, and LLM among others. Admission to these courses is offered on the basis of merit and valid entrance scores. Therefore, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Class 12 to seek admission at UG level courses. Similarly, for PG level courses, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation. The respective courses includes a tuition fee ranging from INR 32K to INR 22.6 Lakh.
