Hi, no admission is already completed. Application forms are to be filled and submitted online through the college website www.sxccal.edu from February 21, 2018 (11 am) to March 12, 2018 (1 pm).

Hi,
MA/M.Sc. or BA (Hons)/ B.Sc. (Hons) with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks is required for B.Ed. So, you can apply.

No, not every time, you can take admission in private colleges under WBUT if you are outsider. They may ask for it during admission time if they think it is needed but not for all.
