Hi Swaraj,
In addition to the fees one can have anything and everything he/she wants to but there's nothing compulsory. If you want to buy a DSLR you can. It will help anyway but you also have the option to not to buy. Having a pc with certain software will be great as you may practice and work with them. But you don't wanna have them it totally depends on you.
In addition to the fees, you will need some amount of money as you have to contribute to making various films throughout the course period. How much will you pay as a contribution and how cheap can you make the films; totally depends on you.

Hi Amit,
The fee structure for B.Com (Morning) is pretty simple. During admission, one has to pay around 25000 and after that, in every quarter it's 9900, at the beginning of every semester 1500 extra. After completion of the 1st year, there will be a yearly fee of 10000 to be paid. At beginning of the 3rd year, it will be 5000.
Cutoff totally depends on the marks of the applicants. At this moment it's very tough to tell about the cut-off. You're eligible to apply and your marks look pretty good. I hope you will get through!
All the best.
