The course fee for part-time MBA differs based on the institute. You want to take it up from but to give you an idea of few, it generally is between 50 k-2 L for the whole course fee (i.e.3 years). However, there are institutes offering part-time MBA at around 6L as well. So, please shortlist the colleges you want to take it up from and then go about finding the course fee in those respective colleges.

Sorry to disappoint you, no one can really count the number of seats available. All depends on your merit.
Secondly, the second or 3rd list will be available only if there is any vacancy, otherwise not.
I hope you get through the eligibility criteria and secure a place in Xavier's.
Wishing you good luck!

As of now, there is no hostel facility in the university. But I have heard they are going to open it soon in July. I am not sure about it. Can you kindly contact the university and confirm it? I might be wrong. So just call at their office number and confirm it, before you take any step.

There is a little chance for you to get into Xavier. Whatsoever, don't lose hope, you have 100% chance for applying other Xavier's. I'm not sure about the merit list.
If not the first list, you may get a chance in the second list(if any). The cut-offs are pretty high. It was around 92% last year.
Don't worry, you still have chances.
Wishing you good luck!
