And about fee structure, the total fees you have to pay throughout the course tenure is around Rs. 3,52,000 to Rs. 3,63,000 per semester it is around Rs. 50,000 and there are certain one time and yearly fees. That total figure is coming in addition of everything.

Yes, you will get colleges in WB, but chances are low that you may get your desired stream. If you have a good rank in JEE, and good percentage in boards, you will surely get good college in WB. But, still you can apply for IEM and UEM. They are good colleges in WB.
