There may be a common misconception about IISWBM'S MBA programmes. IISWBM does not entertain MAT score for MBA(Day) which is a flagship programme. Only CAT is accepted but IISWBM accepts MAT, CAT or some other entrance scores in order to admit for MBA (evening) which is generally a course for working individuals. Job assistance is not provided for the same.

HIT or Heritage Institute of Technology is one of top private colleges in West Bengal. You need to appear for WBJEE or JEE - Mains to get into this college. Only 10% seats are filled through JEE-Mains. It's easier to get into the college through WBJEE. CSE (Computer Science Engineering) is one the top branches here in Heritage. If we look at the past years cutoff's, it is seen that they have been changing. In Year 2016, the closing rank was around 3800 for CSE. In Year 2017, it was around 4800 and above.

If you had gone through previous Q&A regarding the subject you would have got your answer. Anyway, I must tell you that this is not a individual course. Journalism is an ancillary subject offered with few other courses like the BA Hons. courses; English, Bengali, Pol. Sc., Sociology and most importantly with BSc in Mass Communication & Videography.
If you want to study Journalism you can opt any of the above-mentioned courses.
