Hello Resham,
If there is an option for individual semester marksheets then go for that else if there is an option only for the final semester's marksheet then just upload the final one.

Probably not. You will be provided with location preference for your process. You need to come to that place for your GD PI on the desired date and time given by the college via mail or home call.

You are eligible for a Diploma course.
For B.Tech, you need a Diploma or +2 with PCM.
