Yes, candidates can apply for BBA at SRMU Lucknow directly after clearing their Class 12 board exams. However, candidates can also appear for CUET-UG to qualify for BBA admissions as well.
Selection will be based on whichever score a candidate chooses to submit during admission.

Since you are already studying at a top-tier university in the city, you may know about the UoL's MSc in Mathematics course. The average salary of passouts from here is INR 8.60 Lacs p.a. BBAU is another great, affordable option. The MSc in Maths in BBAU is for INR 6,000, much more economical than your current university.
