AICTE is not a university, it's an organisation which certifies the college that, this is an engineering college and have all the technological facilities. Rustam Ji Institute of Technology is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Technical University (RGPV) Bhopal and approved by AICTE.

As I searched and as far as I know, TMU is better as I am currently studying in TMU. Its placement is also good. The highest package goes around 7-8 lacs and the average package around 2-3 lacs P.A. The university is spread in a large area and the faculty team is also good.

It is always difficult to take admission for regular course during your CA curriculum however correspondence can be done easily. Student need to inform about this in form 112 to ICAI.
