Hello Vedika Phase, it's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your Diploma in engineering in computer engineering branch. This year, because of pandemic no exam could be conducted and as a result overall marks of students are very high. Admission to Diploma courses is based on marks of 10th. Hence it is expected that for computer branch, cutoff may be as high as 99 percentage. But don't worry.
