IES educational qualification Criteria as defined for the UPSC requires the applicant to have cleared ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
1. Must possess a degree in Engineering from a recognised institute with the minimum percentage required.
2. Should have cleared section A and B from the Institutions of engineers (India).
3. Obtained a degree/Diploma in Engineering from such Foreign University/ College/ Institution and the certificate is valued as equivalent to the degree received in India.
4. Passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (India).
5. Passed Associate Membership Examination Parts II and III/Sections A and B of the Aeronautical Society of India.
6. Passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics and Radio Engineers, London held after November 1959.

I am myself is so much interested in the field of Mass media and want to make a career in TV industry, I have researched so much on B. M. and after paying attention to every detail of the degree and after analysing all aspects of different colleges, I have made this list. Well lots of other colleges also provide B. M. but they are only names and waste of time and money, it is the harsh reality, so, go through the details of all colleges. And you can find which suits you best.
