I guess Mumbai does offer IT but not operations. Pune offers operations, though I don't have enough idea about Pune.

You have to appear in any state or national level entrance exam (JEE Mains, JEE Advanced) .Pass the exam with qualifying marks so, you can eligible for admission in any government or private college.
The age limit for entrance - 18 years.
(For B.Sc candidates the limit is - 21 years.

NMIMS takes admission through NMAT and for Mumbai campus you need a score of say 210+ and for other campuses the requirement would be around 190+/.

Admission will be done through the centralized admission process. To get eligible for the above course candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects: Mathematics or Biology (Botany and Zoology) from a recognized institution in Maharashtra State or Outside Maharashtra State.

Students have to pass the entrance test and must be physically fit as per the guidelines of the aviation enterprises. Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) led a national level entrance exam each year, which is known as IGRUA Entrance Test. It is a full-time course in the mentioned institute. No institute provides the course on weekend or part time basis in Delhi.
