Hi Chetan,
You may get an ILS seat, but you have to wait till last round of ILS. Last year, the cut off MH rank was ~2700. ILS list will be published after CAP 3 seat allocation.

Yes, there are accommodation facilities near the college. You can contact RSM hostel near the college or find a PG nearby.
