The students whose gross income of parents for the previous financial year is not more than INR 5 LPA are eligible to apply for Remission of fees. EWS students can also apply for full remission provided their parental income is less than INR 1 Lacs per annum. Two-third of fee is refunded in case where parental income is between INR 1 Lacs and INR 5 Lacs per annum.

Yes, the amount is refunded on vacating the hostel provided the concerned student is not charged with any fine for hostel/ mess damage.
