Yes, the DY Patil School of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics is more expensive than the Indo SIES Graduate School of Technology based on the tuition fees provided for a 4-year program.

- SIES Graduate School of Technology (Mumbai): INR4.60 Lacs for tuition fees over 4 years.
- DY Patil School of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics (Navi Mumbai): INR8.00 Lacs for tuition fees over 4 years, plus a one-time payment of INR10,000 for admission and registration fees.

Adding the tuition fees and one-time payment, the total cost for DY Patil School of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics is higher than that of SIES Graduate School of Technology.
