Hi,
In NATA 2019 regulations, you have to secure at least 50% Marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics and an aggregate of at least 50% marks in board examinations. Yes some institutions have JEE paper ranks as admission criteria and some other have NATA ranks. Amity considers NATA ranks for admission.

I doubt, if you'll be granted admission based on your class 12th class percentage. I would suggest you to once get in touch with the admission committee of the college and explain your situation before applying.

Yes, it is worth pursuing MBA from Amity University, Mumbai. Amity Mumbai is quite famous for its MBA courses and it sees a lot of in-takes every year.
