Yes, it is possible to join UNIPUNE for an MBA. As the University admission to the MBA course is based on multiple entrance exams,  MAH CET, CMAT, XAT, ATMA, etc. Thus, applicants who have not appeared and secured valid scores in CAT can apply for the course through the scores of different examinations.

SIBM Pune has not released the average package offered to MBA students during the placement drive 2023. In SIBM Pune MBA 2022 placements, the highest and average package offered was INR 35.05 LPA and INR 26.77 LPA, respectively. Some of the industry giants that participated in the placements drive were Fullerton, Kroll, Luminous, Aditya Birla Capital, EY, PwC, and many others. Further, over 100 companies participated in the placement drive. No, UNIPUNE doesn't offer direct admission to MBA course. Candidates have to qualify the eligibility and selection criteria. SPPU MBA admissions for Maharashtra candidates are subject to a valid score in MAH CET, conducted by DTE Maharashtra. However, for outside Maharashtra candidates, a valid score in CMAT/ CAT/ MAH CET works well. Interested candidates are required to register on the official website and appear for the course-wise shortlisting process. Before that candidates have qualify the eligibilty, any UG degree with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category candidates).

The tuition fee for MBA at UniPune and its affiliated colleges is between INR 15,000 and INR 30 lakh. Savitribai Phule Pune University offers MBA courses through the Department of Management Sciences known as PUMBA and several other affiliated colleges. The total seat intake of Savitribai Phule Pune University for MBA in Pharma Biotech programme is 60. For other MBA courses, however, seat intake depends on the number of seats at the affiliated college. For more information on the course-wise and college-wise seat intake, candidates are advised to visit the official website of the affiliated colleges.

To apply for Pune University MBA admission, candidates need to visit the official website of the University and register themselves before its last date.

  • Candidates who are in the final year of their qualifying exam can appear for OEE conducted by SPPU. However, their admission is subject to passing the qualifying exam.
  • For admission to courses offered by the affiliated/unaided colleges under SPPU, candidates are required to visit/ contact the shortlisted institute or apply for MAH CET exam conducted by DTE Maharashtra.
  • The application fee for OEE is INR 600 for a single course (for General category students) and is INR 400
