No, there is no special mobile app for SLS slot bookings right now. All SLAT 2026 slot booking is done through the official website of Symbiosis International University (SIU). You can still open the site on your phone browser and finish booking easily. It works fine on both mobile and computer devices.

Hi.

  • Direct admission  meaning admission without any entrance exam or merit process — is not officially offered for BPT, MPT, or other programmes at this college. Candidates are selected based on entrance exams accepted by the institute followed by counselling/selection.

  • The main accepted exams include AIAHCET for BPT and AIPGPET for MPT (or equivalent exams specified by the Vidyapeeth). You must appear in these exams and secure a qualifying score for admission.

  • After the entrance test results, seat allotment and admission are based on performance in these exams and the subsequent selection process.

Hi.

No, admissions are not merit-based. Admissions  based on Entrance exam.

Admissions at Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy are not strictly merit-based (qualifying exam scores alone). Instead, they are entrance test–driven (students must qualify and rank through approved entrance exams followed by counselling).

Hi.

BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy)
• Admission is based on an entrance test, specifically the All India Allied Health Common Entrance Test (AIAHCET) conducted by the university.

 MPT (Master of Physiotherapy)
• Admission is based on an entrance test, typically the All India Post Graduate Physiotherapy Entrance Test (AIPGPET) (or similar tests accepted by the university).

 PhD in Physiotherapy
• Admission also requires qualifying an entrance test (CET/PET) conducted by Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth for doctoral candidates.

Hi.

  • Exact dates may not be published early on the official website — admission details (specific start date, form link, deadlines) are usually announced closer to February.

  • Keep checking the official college site or contact admissions for updates once February begins: they usually release the forms and details then.

Hi.

Yes 60% in graduation should make you eligible to apply for MPT at Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy.
Admission is mainly based on entrance exam performance (AIPGPET) — so focus on doing well in that exam.
