I can suggest to you one university best in north India with NAAC A+ GRADE. If you want to do B.Com. Why not you go to this university. Chandigarh University has good academic excellence and the best placement record. 25 students from Bachelors degree got placed in Microsoft. Apart from this Chandigarh university has a Scholarship Exam scheme where you are from the middle class and not be able to pay the fees. You can go for the CUCET-2022 exam where you can get the chance to get a scholarship up to 45 crores.

If you consider IIIT - Hyderabad, which is the most sought after IIIT, you require a percentile of 99.91-100, in order to get computer science in General/Neutral.

I would say IBS Dehradun as it is a college that is value for money. Check your ROI. IBS Dehradun offers a proper MBA Degree hence if you are doing a Ph.D. you don't require to again get MBA Degree in a distance course. The fees of IBS Dehradun are affordable compared to other colleges. The placements have been going on quite well. Companies like KPMG are coming for hiring students. I am presently studying at IBS Dehradun and I can say the faculty is really helpful.

Hello Rohan, it's very difficult to answer such queries. This is so since we all have only past information to depend on and make guess as to what is going to happen four years from today. Many things can change in these four years. My perception is that at present Sinhagad is a better choice.
Best wishes to you.
