Yes, you'll be eligible for taking admissions.
There is a eligibility criteria that college checks before taking admission of any student.
Firstly, you need to be graduated from a renowned University with 50% and above. If you fall in a reserved category then 45% is also accepted.
Secondly, you need to give competitive exam i.e., CAT, CMAT or MH-CET.
For taking admission in Pune University, you need to give any of the above mentioned competitive exam.
But when it comes to PGDM, you can give any of the competitive exams and take admission.
As you must be aware RIIM is one of the best Institutes in Pune.

As per as my knowledge is concerned both the college is the best in terms of Placement, I would suggest RIIM Pune, College is one of the best B-Schools in Maharashtra. All the good aspects such as impressive placements, updated curriculum, easily approachable and experienced faculty members, student-driven campus, etc. Encouraged me to apply for this institute.
