It is not possible (legally and academically also) to jump the years in graduation. No matter what your previous qualifications were, you have to start your graduation from the 1 semester in 1st year.

JEE Mains rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidate's rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Mains and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs. The rank predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant. Know your college admission chances based on your JEE Mains Rank, Home State, Caste, Gender, etc.

No, you won't be able to meet the requirements for the admission in B.Pharm as the eligibility for B.Pharmacy is a minimum of 60% in PCB or PCM whichever is applicable.
As your percentage is quite low for admission in B.Pharm, still, you can go for some private colleges that allow students with a low percentage to take admission in their institute.
