If you have completed class 12th from Science stream with Mathematics subject, you will get admission for B.Sc (Computer Science) course.

No, Mathematics subject is not compulsory in class 12th for B.Com Admissions.

Entrance will be based on SY & TY B.Sc (Computer Science) course syllabus.

Chances are very limited as last year the cutoff was close to 75 and 80. If you are willing to try your luck, you can apply.
