No friend, it's not possible. In engineering, if you have a diploma, then you can go for the 2nd year. And in polytechnic, you have to begin with the 1st year.

Yes, a dropout can apply for undergraduate UGAT any NIT, IIIT on the basis of his/her JEE Mains rank. If you have passed 12th in 2018 and dropped one year then you can apply in 2019 on the basis of your rank of JEE Mains 2019.

For getting a job in airline you will have to go through the selection procedure of the airline. It comprises of Technical Exam, GD, PI, Simulator check and Medicals. No, you cannot go for a BPT course after your MSW. You need to have 10+2 in science with Biology as a subject and at least 50% of marks in each subject. The minimum age required for candidates is usually 17 years. You must take the Common Entrance Test.
