As regards to admission in ILS, it is now through MHTCET for LL.B and B.A. LL.B., while admission for LL.M. is managed by ILS under the guidelines of Savitribai Phule Pune University. The MHTCET form is available online on their website.

Being a B.A.LL.B. candidate, I cannot answer with confidence about LL.M., and I do not want to misguide.

It depends on factors like whether you are interested in the 5-year course or the 3-year course, outside or within Maharashtra, open or SC, ST, OBC, NT or ex-serviceman. Last year, i.e. academic year 2017-18, the cutoff for 5-year law course, outside Maharashtra (Open) was 107. This is also the highest cutoff, as for all the other categories, the cutoff was lesser.

It depends upon college/university. Sometimes, they allow doing same, if one has genuine reason for a 1-year drop or any other. So, try consulting college/university administration. They can surely help you out.

The University offers PG programmes in various disciplines leading to MA, M.Sc., M.L.I.Sc., MSW, MCA, LLM, MMR, MHM, MDS, M.Arch, M.Com, M.Ed., and M.Pharm at PG level. Minimum eligibility for PG courses is candidates must pass in Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline from recognized university.

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to M.Sc geology is that the student must have a B.Sc (Hons.) degree with geology as one of the major subjects in their undergraduate program from any recognized university with around 50%- 60% marks in the main subject depending on the university a candidate is applying to.
