Your question is incomplete I guess, regarding the college name.
Though for getting admission in any engineering college you require HSC score and JEE or CET score. If your percentile (50% wattage to HSC score and 50% wattage to JEE or CET score) is above 90 then you will get COEP and even if your percentile is above 80 then you will definitely get a good engineering college.

Candidates wishing to apply for the course need to have completed B.Sc from a recognized university, with a minimum aggregate score of 50% marks.

Following MBBS, the options that you've got are:
1: Go for post-graduation. Get inducted in a government hospital, complete your training and become a consultant.
2: Apply for a post graduate spot in a private hospitals post-graduation program, complete your training and become a consultant.
3: Go for a teaching post at a medical school.
4: Get a job as a doctor at private companies. They pay well and have minimal work load but you won't really get much success in the long run.
With all those options, I would say MBBS has a pretty good scope.
