At any point of time, I will include these colleges in top 5 engineering colleges in Pune. But every college has its strength and weakness. While COEP has great placement records and a very less fee, it lacks in providing international exposure too students. Also, the difficulty level of syllabus is bit high. Yes, you can apply for the course. Candidate must have passed 10+2 from recognized board. Admission is based on marks obtained in 10+2.
