VIPS is surely better than Bharati Vidyapeeth as the opportunities provided here are pretty good and the crowd is also good. Plus, the teachers here are really amazing. So, surely, it's better.

You may get MIT Pune.Or DYPatil Pune. If possible you can go through cut of list of various top rank colleges in Pune & Verify for 2017 cut of branch wise ,round wise also.Give your choice accordingly while feeling admission form for cap round.You might have a chance if you have any reservation criteria else give it a try. You have very great chance to GET into this institute with this rank. Attend the counselling and choose your options appropriately. Try Shiksha college predictor for better analysis.

With this score the chances are less to get admission in Engineering colleges. you can also use MHT CET college predictor to check your chance.

First of all, congratulations Abhishek for good score in JEE and 12th also. As per previous year cut-off, you are eligible for the seat in mechanical branch in our college. You must try because have good marks. So, I think you will be selected.

I am going anonymous as I am an alumnus of one of the college mentioned bellow and a few people might not like my views. Some of the best engineering colleges in Pune are as follows:
COEP
PICT, Pune
MIT, Pune
VIT, Pune
At any point of time, I will include these colleges in top 5 engineering colleges in Pune. But every college has its strength and weakness. While COEP has great placement records and a very less fee, it lacks in providing international exposure too students. Also, the difficulty level of syllabus is bit high. PICT also has a very good placement record, but it enforces too much discipline on students. VIT scores on internation

Yes, you can apply for the course. Candidate must have passed 10+2 from recognized board. Admission is based on marks obtained in 10+2.
