Hello Hanumant,
Settling abroad depends on many factors but mostly policies of that country. But this course in foreign trade will enable you to get a job in a company involved in import/export or start your own business in this area. Maybe then you can think of migrating abroad & start a business from there.

For a standard college which provides a good placement record, you will have to pay 50K to 80K as the admission fee other the semester fee.
After adding the both for the first semester, it will be around 120K to130K after that around 60K to 80K each semester.

Dear Friend,
It Sorry to say that none of the colleges are a good option.
My suggestion is that don't go for Indira because of low & degraded placement. I know some of the students are even not placed from there.
Please research about PIBM. I think it will be helpful for you & it is also far better than Indira.

Greetings,
78 percentile is quite low for getting through MMS programme in any of the mentioned colleges. You can try for PGDM course in Indira. Chetna, MET, IES close on higher scores even for PGDM.
